Helping B2B tech and SaaS brands build first-page search visibility
Turn your search visibility into qualified organic leads.
I bring over nine years of data-backed content decisions that drive AI and search visibility for B2B brands. Search demand and competitor keyword gaps set your editorial calendar.
With digital PR, I help your team win thought-leadership bylines on high-authority publications. Those placements raise your domain rating and get your brand mentioned in AI answers.
Especially in the software industry, AI search engines pull 73% of their citations1 from earned media against 45% on Google. Brand-owned pages take the smaller share, so your off-page program carries your AI visibility.
Let's talk about your business
Tell me what problem you're trying to solve with content. I'll suggest a quick fix and scope the bigger job if there is one.
Build high rankings across Google search and AI Overviews with technical content matched to the intent behind every buyer query.
100+ pages ranked on Google's first page
01
Keyword architecture built for the classic SERP sits alongside entity clarity for the engines that answer. Pages carry question-led headings and standalone claims a model can lift without losing the meaning.
Building editorial calendar using search analytics and competitor keyword data to capture high-intent commercial search queries.
Search query data determines editorial content roadmaps
02
Publishing decisions come from Search Console data and real keyword behaviour. Content funnels get built to catch buyers mid-evaluation while cannibalisation gets cleared before it costs a ranking.
Nine years writing for tech and SaaS brands without AI. I put the "I" back in your AI: the identity that keeps your brand distinct.
No fluff AI content aligned to custom house styles
03
The perspective and the argument come from me before a model ever touches the draft. Every claim traces back to a primary source so the page holds up when a buyer checks it.
Align search content with commercial decision stages to convert initial impression reach into qualified lead pipelines.
2.2K to 59K organic monthly visits with 1,000+ leads
04
GA4 and Google Ads wired through GTM so every page reports against qualified demand. Broken funnels get repaired and conversions get imported so bidding works on real outcomes.
I plan and produce content marketing programs for global SaaS and tech brands. Those clients build in enterprise AI, project management, compliance automation, ERP, logistics and ecommerce.
Agencies engage me on direct retainers or as a subcontractor against defined deliverables. Each engagement covers on-page search copy and off-page placements like media advisories and guest articles.
Below is a snapshot of that work. Send me the brief and I'll tell you whether I'm the right fit.

270KHub impressions in August, 2.2x on July
#1.2Brand position when AI answers name it
The platform serves enterprises across logistics and financial services through to utilities, airlines, retail and manufacturing. The product was strong and the organic footprint outside the brand name was close to nothing, so the resource hub had to reach buyers evaluating the category before they knew HappyRobot existed.
The hub opened in May 2026 with no content and seven organic clicks for the month. I contribute to the enterprise AI content layer that structures category pages and comparison guides to capture rankings across search engines and AI answer engines.
Work to the brief and tailor each piece to the query it targets, helping enterprise buyers make a decision
Apply metadata tags and category labels to route every published asset to its correct location within the site architecture
Structure internal links across related pages to maintain topic hierarchy and search engine crawl paths
Write clear headings and direct factual statements so automated search engines can extract exact data points for direct answers
Create content across funnel stages from ToFu through MoFu to BoFu, per the content planner
Published across the full content funnel, from ToFu through MoFu to BoFu.
The hub is in a growth phase, so impressions are the honest measure. Ranking position and reach move first while clicks follow as the market learns the brand.

Impressions lead this curve. The hub moved from 121K to 270K impressions in a single month while clicks climbed from 350+ to 650+ over the same period. Reach builds first and turns into engagement as buyers grow familiar enough with the brand to click through.
HappyRobot appeared first in 99% of AI-generated brand mentions, averaging a 1.2 ranking position across nine tracked competitors. Non-branded search queries generated 116,594 impressions in August, establishing search visibility directly within Google AI Overviews before users clicked through to the website.

Contracted as a fractional Search Lead by DAN/DAN for the Woodwell Climate Research Center project, aligning search visibility to support grant pipelines and donor acquisition.
2.86% → 4.18%Ad Grant CTR across ten weeks of restructuring
$10KMonthly Ad Grant spend protected through handover
2xDonation conversions after rebuilding the tracking
Contracted by the agency to execute a complete website and rebranding overhaul, managing search strategy across paid advertising channels and website content. Woodwell was replatforming while running a $10K per month Google Ad Grant, and three ad accounts had just transferred from the outgoing agency with no working measurement underneath them.
Execution began with a performance audit during the agency transition, holding Google Ads clickthrough rates against the programme's compliance threshold. The account was spending more each quarter for fewer clicks, and nothing it reported as a conversion was a donation.
Technical leadership covers organic search alongside that. URL redirects and HTTP 404 remediation sit next to page hierarchy and metadata tagging for the site taxonomy.
Run the search workstream end to end, from audit through scope to implementation
Restructure the Google Ad Grant account around donation intent rather than clicks
Rebuild GTM and GA4 from nothing after the outgoing agency left with its containers
Write the keyword system that governs site content and ad bidding together
Map information architecture for the replatform alongside UX and Dev
Review paid remarketing and profile Bing audiences for a keep-or-sunset call
Google Ad Grant, paid remarketing and Bing, plus the measurement layer underneath all three.
CTR had fallen below Google's 5% compliance floor during the handover, which puts the Grant itself at risk. Ten weeks of restructuring took it from 2.86% to 4.18% on half the impressions and 80% of the clicks, so the account stopped buying reach it could not convert.

Nine conversion actions, all worth $0Conversion tracking rebuilt around donations with GA4 to Ads import live
Donations recorded as Direct rather than AdsBlackbaud iframe break traced and the click ID path fixed with the dev team
Ads and site content used different vocabulariesOne governed keyword system now drives both
Google Ads was reporting almost no donations, so I tested whether the pipeline worked at all and traced where the signal was being lost.
The donation form is a Blackbaud page inside an iframe on a different domain, so Analytics issues the donor a second visitor ID that cannot be joined to the ad click
Every such donation records as Direct even when the URL still carries a Google Ads click ID
Confirmed with nine $1 test gifts that donations attribute only when the click ID reaches the form
Found four Blackbaud forms across Woodwell properties behaving the same way
Recovered historical Google Ads purchases by parsing GA4 for click IDs
Documented the mechanism and handed it to the Woodwell dev team with the questions Blackbaud needs to answer
Google Ads cannot bid toward donations while it sees almost none, so fixing this is what makes the new campaigns measurable. The account now measures donations instead of clicks, and the standards written for it carry into the new site.
Contractual work across two engagements with Cirface to increase website traffic and organic search performance. Combined digital PR and media outreach to secure guest article placements for backlinks, alongside new on-site pages and optimized web content.

Executed SEO and media outreach for Cirface, an Asana consulting and managed services provider for operations teams. Initial public relations campaigns increased Domain Rating by 8 points and raised website traffic by 1.5x within eight weeks.
Re-engaged for a second phase to diagnose organic traffic declines and restructure existing on-site content to elevate search engine result rankings.
Own content strategy, SEO and AEO, and the outreach programme end to end
Build the keyword architecture around Asana product and pricing intent, the queries buyers run before hiring an implementation partner
Run editorial outreach from prospect research through pitching to placement on DR 60 to 92 publications
Create and revamp on-site content, working Search Console CTR data back into pages that already surfaced for the query
Rebuild internal linking so pages that earn links pass authority to pages that convert
Run the founder visibility track for the CEO across Substack, LinkedIn and podcast pitching
Build thought leadership for internal team members and place it on external publications
Product positioning and sales messaging stay with the client. The internal team runs the Asana practice and its own marketing.
Two engagements with a gap in between, which makes the contribution legible. Authority climbed during the first, traffic slid while the account was unattended, then both compounded once the page-level work started.
